 Ummmmmmmmmm.?

 

 

It's SAD that with all of the beauty and wonderment in this entire world we have reached a point where SELFISH people have taken to protesting, kvetching, complaining, bitching, moaning, rioting, killing, WHENEVER they feel as though they have been wronged in some way. 

If they don't agree with (fill in the many blanks here) a verdict, a term, an opinion, a color, a perceived insult, a situation, basically anything that THEY don't agree with, they feel that they can destroy, hurt, insult, disrespect, burn whatever the object of their ire is.

The people (many of, not all) are throwing essentially TANTRUMS with disastrous consequences. 

Unfortunately this is becoming the norm. There is (among many) NO RESPECT for any authority if they don't agree with (something).

This behavior is reminiscent of the spoiled kid(s) who, when confronted with NO (you can't have more candy, another toy, a new whatever) start lashing out, breaking things, crying, yelling etc.

While that may seem simplistic, the behavior is eerily similar. Unfortunately, the people (many of, not all) involved in the vast majority of the rioting, burning, looting, are simply criminals engaging in criminal behavior. PERIOD. 

While these people take every opportunity to react violently to ANY slight (perceived or not)  they are creating a situation where people (cops or regular folks) are going to respond with force. 

That ANYONE brings a gun to a "peaceful protest" is patently absurd. As a longtime gun owner and member of many shooting clubs, I can't even imagine bringing a firearm to ANY kind of event. It just goes against all common sense.
