Had lunch with mom today and she ate all of the plate of Pasta primavera, all of the peach cobbler, and half of her bowl of fruit!
They reported to me that she had eaten 100% of her breakfast, and after having dinner in San Rafael I arrived to her nurse Rosario telling me that she had eaten 100% of her dinner! They are all impressed with her progress on eating. Not out of the woods yet but certainly heading in the right direction.
Physical therapy tomorrow, we'll see how inspired she is.
